Lodge 185: 2007 LLD Whippoorwill

Atta Kulla Kulla lodge has issued a patch intended for their 2007 LLD. Like in 2006 the patch is shaped like the lodge totem, the whippoorwill. The only text on the patch is the year, 2007. This patch was first mentioned in the comments to an earlier post about this lodge’s issues.

I’m in a bit of a quandry over how this patch should be listed. It is issued for an event, the lodge’s LLD, but no event is indicated on it. Some, like me, argue a strict interpretation of what should be an event patch believing an event must be specifically named. Others argue a looser criteria such as the intended purpose of the patch or the inclusion of a year.
Since I listed the 2006 whippoorwill as “X16?”, I will follow that precedent for this lodge. If the next Blue Book chooses to label this differently, I will follow that lead. Here is what I believe the Blue Book data for this issue should be:
