1946 Area J Fellowship Meeting Slide
The lodges of southern Georgia and Florida gathered again from the 1946 Area J Fellowship. As in 1945, Echockotee lodge served as the host lodge for this event.
Also as in 1945, a leather neckerchief slide was issued. Age and the choice of a darker leather make it difficult to read the text of the slide on this image. Once again, thanks to Robert Mathis for this image.
According to McLean and Riddle the following lodges were in Area J in 1946:

- Tomo Chi-Chi 119
- Echockotee 200
- Chattahoochee 204
- Calusa 219
- Chawtaw 229
- Aal-Pa-Tah 237
- Suriarco 239
- Wehadkee 273
- Tipisa 326
- Hiawassee 333
- Timuquan 340
Three new lodges (326, 333 and 340) were added to this area in 1946. Lodge 265 was not active and would not be recharted until 1955.
