In 1955, the lodges of northeastern Pennsylvania met together for the second time as Area 3D. The Pow Wow was hosted by Quekolis Lodge #316 at Camp Rotowanis near Wilkes-Barre. This was the only meeting ever hosted by Quekolis Lodge or held at Camp Rotowanis.
A red leather neckerchief slide in the shape of a campfire with a printed white design was issued for the event. This slide is listed in the Blue Book as an event issue (eL1955) for Quekolis Lodge, but was in fact the issue for the Area 3D event.
