The lodges of southwestern Pennsylvania met in 1955 as Area 3F for the second time at Hubbard Scout Reservation. Kuwewanik Lodge #57 hosted the meeting. This was the only area meeting held at this camp; later meetings hosted by Kuwewanik were at Camp Semiconon.
The event patch was a cut-edge round with a black background featuring the red squirrel totem of the host lodge.
