Maryland would be an interesting, but difficult, state to use as a shape for an OA patch. To my knowledge no one has tried yet.     None of the lodges with council   headquarters in Maryland have even tried to use their state shape on a patch.

Only one lodge serves the state of Delaware and it’s not known for innovative or unusual patches. So the list of patches using these states’ shapes will be rather short.

Nentego 20 serves the Del-Mar-Va peninsula. Harkening back to early councilstrips from their council, they have had a tradition of depicting their territory on their patches.   The Del-Mar-Va peninsular was shown on several of their lodge flaps:   F19,   S14-S16, S18, S19, S20, S23, S24, S30, S31

Nentego lodge also depicted the Del-Mar-Va peninsula on one of their events patches.       It’s listed in Blue Book and on this site as the eR1976.   The red, white and blue color scheme was common on Scout patches around the time of the US bicentennial.
