Lodge of the Western Region Chief: Update

Wipala Wiki 432 Walpi Kiva Chapter J3?
This is an update to a post I wrote in 2007 for patches issued for the “Home of the Western Region Chief”.
Gary Hnydowitz recently sent me images of a number of items issued by Walpi Kiva chapter of Wipala Wiki lodge. Most of these have not yet been listed in Blue Book. Four of these items were issued for the 2006 and 2007 Western Region Chiefs who were members of this lodge.
Walpi Kiva chapter produced two patches for Kieran Thompson, the 2006 Western Region Chief. There was a jacket patch, listed as “J3?” and pictured at the head of this post. There is also a smaller version of this patch issued with a loop and intended to be worn hanging on the uniform pocket, listed as “X7?”.
Wipala Wiki 432 Walpi Kiva Chapter J5?
This chapter followed the precendent established in 2006 when Chad Wolver was elected the 2007 Western Region Chief. The jacket patch, pictured on the right, is listed as “J5?”. The smaller version of this design issued with a pocket loop is listed as “X11?”. These are the two unlistd and unpictured issues I alluded to in the earlier post.
