Top 10 Frustrations for eBay Sellers

Posted in Patch Collecting by John E. Pannell on February 17th, 2009 at 9:47 am

I saw this article at WebProNews last weekend and thought it was worth sharing here.       The writer summarizes and opines on the many frustrations sellers currently are experiencing with eBay.     I frequently hear patch collectors and sellers complain about many of   these same items:

1. Management
2. Feedback Policy
3. Small Businesses Get Shut Out
4. Lack of Communication
5. Payment Policies
6. Fees/Lack of Profitability
7. Unwarranted Account Suspensions
8. The Buyers Themselves
9. Glitches
10. Lack of Innovation

The article and many of its comments are worth a read.

The fact that you trust eBay with hundreds of dollars worth of you money and merchandise and at the end of the day the only way you can get any support is through an online chat where you get discconected more often then not is the most unbelievable thing of all!
