Lodge 188: 2009 Dixie Fellowship Delegate Set
Back in March I wrote about a set of patches issued by Itibapishe Iti Hollo lodge for the then upcoming Dixie Fellowship (SR-5 Conclave). A second set, using the same basic design appeared at Dixie and served as a “delegate” set. Thanks again to Larry Banks for sending these images.
The flap portion of this set shows a masked face, with only the eyes visible. The details on the bottom part of the patch are difficult to see in this scan due to the nearly monochromatic design . An American Indian in a canoe, used on many of the lodge’s flaps, is “ghosted” in black and red behind the “X” in “Dixie”. Across the top of the bottom piece is the lodge name, Itibapishe Iti Hollo, and “2009 SR-5 Conclave”.

I ended up with quite a few of these white “delegate” ones. In fact, double the amount of the black set. IMO the black set was the more appealing one. Both sets were in high demand with the youth. It’s the best 188 2-piece set design I’ve seen in a while. Keep it up Iti Bap!
The theme for ITIBAP this year is the NINJA. Keep your eyes open for the upcoming NOAC patches – phenomenal. Also, in case you were wondering. 400 of the Black Set were issued and 300 of the White Set. The Black is the Trader and the White is the Delegate. YIS
Thanks Jaimie, I knew there had to be a story behind the mask designe. Clever!
