Lodge 116: 2009 Dixie Fellowship Flap

This is the last post about issues from the recent Dixie Fellowship, SR-5 Conclave. I still have more new issues from the Carolinas to post here but they are not directly connected to this conclave.
Santee lodge issued a single flap for this year’s conclave. Like Tsali’s poker chip round, Santee seems to have had some sort of gambling or casino theme.
