They were issued POST Conclave. Each Camp Site Host Committee member and troop staff were issued 1 each. Each contributing vendor was given one or two. Each committee member and Camp Site Host group were given the opportunity to purchase more if they wanted them. The VERY FEW remaining patches were placed in the scout office for sale.
