This item is not authentic and has not been issued by the OA National Committee. This was publicly confirmed by a member of this committee.
Some believe that this seller has sold other items of questionable authenticity in the past. Be forewarned.

The seller has added to the description: “I HAVE BEEN EMAILED THAT THIS WAS NOT MADE BY THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE.POSSIBLY A Z ISSUE.”
However, this should be indicated in the title of the item that it’s a z issue, or that he is not sure of its authenticity.
Whoever created this took the design of a real nc flap, as shown on National Flaps, and added the top section. If you compare the two, the stitching really sticks out as poor.
