Wahissa 118 Eke Otkia chapter X6?

Wahissa 118 Eke Otkia chapter X6?

Thanks to Home Dearmin for sending word of three new issues from Eke Otkia chapter of Wahissa lodge.   The patches are in the shape of Hanging Rock, which is a state park within the boundaries of the chapter, the name of the district the chapter serves, and the English translation of “Eke Otkia”.

The border colors were chosen for an unsual reason.   They represent the three high schools within Eke Otkia chapter, those being West Stokes (purple), South Stokes (maroon), and North Stokes (green).   This is not the first time high school, or college, colors have figured prominently in patch designs.   These are being sold as sets only.

The listing date for these issues are as follows:

Chapter Issue Bdr Color/Type Bkgd Name fdl/BSA Comments
Eke Otkia X6? PUR C M/C WHT RED fdl
Eke Otkia X7? MAR C M/C WHT RED fdl
Eke Otkia X8? GRN C M/C WHT RED fdl

See:   Occoneechee lodge isn’t the only North Carolina lodge to issue patches with a purple border.   ;)
