According to Limbaugh, his good friend, Roger Ailes, chairman and CEO of the Fox News Channel, was presented with the council’s “2009 Good Scout Award”. Limbaugh introduced Ailes.Limbaugh says this about the Boy Scouts:…I was a Boy Scout once, for a year.
