Lodge 270: 2010… or is that 2009… Events Issues

This should be the last post about Skyuka lodge for a little while. Thanks to Brad Hutto, again, for sending images of the first 2010 events issues for this lodge. The lodge chose a “throwback” theme for this year’s events issues with the patches replicating designs of classic Skyuka issues.
The first of these is for the lodge banquet. It is a throwback to the lodge’s x3 and is dated 2009, instead of 2010. I am awaiting word as to whether this is a misdated issue or whether it should be listed as a second lodge banquet issue for 2009. Many lodges hold their banquets during the Christmas holiday season, and some hold their “year end” banquet in January of the next year, so it is not that unusual for a lodge to have two banquets in a year. If this really is the last event issue of 2009 instead of the first of 2010, I will edit this post accordingly.
The second of these is for the 2010 Lodge Games. This is a throw back to the lodge’s X1. “Lodge Games 2010″ is in white across the top and at the bottom left corner of the patch.
