Lodge of the National Vice Chief Patches: Update
Back in 2007 I wrote several posts highlighting the patches issued by the various lodges over the years for the national and regional officers of the Order of the Arrow. The first of these posts covered patches issued for the Lodge of the National Chief. I also published an update for the 2008 National Officer patches. Updates for recent years are needed. I now continue with the patches issued for the recent National Vice Chiefs.
| Dan Higham of Otahnagon lodge was elected the 2009 National Vice Chief. A flap (S23?) was issued in his honor. To my knowledge this was the only issue from his lodge. | |
| Will Swingle of Nawakwa Lodge was elected the 2010 National Vice Chief. Five flaps (S114?, S115?, S116?, S118?, S119?) were produced by Nawakwa lodge for his tenure. | |
| Daniel Dick of Wulapeju Lodge was the 2011 National Vice Chief. I have been told the lodge issued three different flaps for him. Images for two of these will be added to the site soon. |

John,
There were two flaps for Dan Higham of Otahnagon Lodge. I wrote it up back in the day. The arrowhead logo is Red Mylar and they are hand-numbered on the reverse.
